We had a meeting with George at Pella Windows (Bothell branch) yesterday, and were SO impressed. We were braced for a hard sell on replacing all our windows but instead got a consultative and expert set of options that made us feel we were truly being heard. He spent extra time with us to explain the technical challenges of our window/door needs (my husband appreciated this), and we came up with a plan we feel really great about. George was incredibly knowledgeable and fun to talk to, and as a result he will become our partner in window/door issues going forward. Thanks George and Pella!

Worked with Robby on replacing an existing kitchen window with a black casement style window. So so easy to complete an order. The window is BEAUTIFUL! I’ll post pic but disregard my torn up kitchen. Doing extreme makeover and the window is the first thing on the list. Previously a white window and shorter height. We opted to enlarge and use the three panel look which really changed the whole room. I could not be happier with the window….pictures do not do justice. The crank handles have not been installed yet.

I recently purchased vinyl windows and a entry door with storm door from Pella Windows and Doors in Bothell. I chose to install Pella Windows in my house because I was very impressed with the quality of the windows and variety of options that they offered . The windows are manufactured in the United States.

George was great helping my wife and I pick out the windows and door for our house. He is very knowledgeable about the Pella Product line and overall window industry..

My experience with George and the Pella company has been great. I was very happy that I received all my windows and entry door on time. The installers were on time and very knowledgeable and professional.
